The accounts and administrative support department handles all the commercial, accounting and financial operations of our company.
It deals with creating budgets, statements of accounts, balance sheets and financial reports, paying the suppliers, handling the payroll and processing all the other financial obligations of the company.
A customer service department is also incorporated having as its main business the customer and supplier’s service, i.e. taking their orders, recording and issuing vouchers (invoices, shipping notes, return credits etc.) and entering the data concerning the invoicing and discount policy of the company, as well as the company’s credit policy.
